Do any of you wonderful people know how to cancel a collection of a simple delivery item? I booked collection for Tuesday but I am now able to drop it to the post office tomorrow so the buyer would get it a day quicker. I used the link in my email to go to cancel it. My own email wasn't the email used for the booking because it doesn't recognise it. This was easy with click and drop before.
