I sold two items over the last few days, I quoted Royal Mail postage costs.  The postage labels were both Yodel - I had to pay the difference.  I contacted one buyer in advance who confirmed they had selected RM so we agreed to cancel, I relisted for them,  postage still bypassed RM. 
what am I doing wrong?
