I have always selected the courier and fee, the buyer accepts that as part of the purchase. I add tracking details and notify item despatched.

Now I receive notification that DHL has been chosen buy buyer, I don't have a printer and I have no clue how to arrange collection from my address, that's if I know when I will next be available.
