No - but I have used the small claims court on a few occasions and there
is no reason not to cite statutory law to present what is reasonable
behaviour
I would always accept returns, and pay return postage, it very rarely
happens and is a price worth paying to be able to sell on EBAY - I have
been on EBAY for 22 years and it has only happened about 2 or 3 times.
