until after Oct 4th

I would still prefer to revert to purchasing the correct postage after a
buyer has completed all their purchases, multiples combined, correct
size & dimension used, and the buyer has had a chance to express their
wishes for delivery. Presuming a 'one size fits all' is not reasonable
