They don't understand what Special Delivery is, and keep trying to say
that Tracked 24 is an expedited service. And they are supposed to be an
Online Market Place specialist. There are no service delivery
hguarantees with Tracked 24, whilst 98% of special delivery items do
arrive next day in the UK

I have given up arguing with EBAY Customer Services about this - even
sending them T&Cs relating to Tracked 24 were not accepted.

I am now asking buyers to select Collect so I can then buy the correct
postage off of the EBAY platform, but most folk just press buy and pay
