I think you are correct. I am a private seller, being 71 years old. It
is a good way to keep me off the streets and keep the brain working.
Even though all the income is reported to HMRC I would not be able to
live off of it. However if I am allowed to do it I will review to
claiming to be a business to get away from SD and the stupid Buyers
Protection Fee nonsense. We used to pay the same fees as business
sellers, so we could simply be allowed to revert to that.
