If that is the case it's going to be very unhelpful. I don't think I've ever been able to choose a collection window with any of the major couriers, if you're lucky you get a time slot on the day. Combining that with 3 working day dispatch will be pretty limiting for anyone working during the week wanting to send a larger parcel.
Recently I've found Parcelforce with post office dropoff is generally the best for oversized items - now Royal Mail are selling Parcelforce services through Click and Drop maybe ebay could add that as an option as well.
