It does need testing in court. You and I can buy large letter postage for £2.70 with RM tracked 48 AND receive cover up to the value of £150.

Ebay is buying exactly the SAME service from the RM but charging the buyer £3.46 AND withholding the seller protection provided by the courier. Apparently, for no reason other than stamps have magically become 'prohibited' under SD.

But I can no longer use custom postage.

Unless of course I use 'freepost' and buy my own postage label, meaning the buyer will be clobbered with additional buyer fees on top and the seller has to beg Ebay for a refund of an unused label. 

 

It's fast becoming impossible to use Ebay responsibly and give buyers the best possible customer service without apparently being punished for doing so.
