GSP currently does not work on eBay.co.uk; this is likely down to an issue with the Buyer Protection fee and EU VAT. eBay does not have a region-specific website for Sweden so Swedish buyers will either be using eBay.co.uk or eBay.com when buying from UK sellers.
Direct your buyer to purchase via eBay.com - they should then be able to complete their purchase.

Checked the original member's thread / items on eBay.com as you suggested & they are now all showing Swedish postage via GSP.
