For years I used to ship Internationally myself & found that at times GSP was switched on without my knowledge, so I always kept an eye on the setting.

As you are a Private Seller & Simple Delivery has now started. eBay may have clicked the GSP setting off for all Private sellers, so they are starting with a Blank canvas. This leaves the Private Sellers aware of their up-to-date Settings & can click on the GSP setting or add the International postage.

If you Press 'eBay help' top of page, & type in Simple Delivery.  This will explain the International sales/postage requirements for a Private Seller.
