Are you sure it was sent using Simple Delivery? There shouldn't be any surcharges to the buyers with Simple Delivery as eBay's contract with the carrier is based on averages, not actuals, and any size/weight discrepancies will just be monitored and taken into consideration when the contract is next reviewed.
