In regards to your question is Ebay declining, my own experiences is a few years ago I was selling a lot more than I am now a lot more interest and viewers, I see it as a hobby though, but that seems to be the general view from business to private, at best you will see a response of not much change, remembering that a lot of buyers were also sellers and a lot of members have left.....only Ebay can say as to the success of the changes and their intentions which seems more about shifting away from rather than bringing more members in and increasing
