For a site as vast as Ebay is you would have thought that they pre-tested their R&D changes via a pilot but it seems someone has the ability to just change things to their preference and press "GO".

You only need to type on any search engine "ebay delivery terrible" to see there are tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of users angry about these dire changes, there is no option to put our own delivery prices cause someone at HQ thought it was a good idea to ignore what users want an 'just go for it' and what a mess it is!.

They took a fully working model, scrunched it up for reasons I know not of, then spit it out all muddled and with much less options than before but made it incredibly harder to use...WHY?.

I am at the moment trying to complete a simple advert "But cant" cause I cant adjust the postage price like one of my other adverts I recently placed I put the postage for £15s and dont even ask how I managed to change it cause I think it was pure luck, when I completed the advert the system then changed the postage to £4.46...again WHY??.

Who passes these changes without actually testing them...
