Hi i was just wondering if any of you guys can help me.

I have repeatedly asked for a game to be sent after i paid for it over 1 month and a half ago. The seller said that he was going to send it already twice and not responded to my last two messages. I was hopeful you could give me some advice as this hasn't happened on E-Bay to me before.
