Hi i was just wondering if any of you guys can help me.

I have repeatedly asked for a game to be sent after i paid for it over 1 month and a half ago. The seller said that he was going to send it already twice and not responded to my last two messages. I was hopeful you could give me some advice as this hasn't happened on E-Bay to me before.

gaz, ask the seller for proof of postage, try writing to him or phoning him. Unfortunately i don't think there is much you can do bar hassle him a bit (politely)

Im having trouble getting a game that ive paid for as well, its been about a month,they only bothered to e-mail me when I left feedback that said id not recieved it.They said theyd be in contact and that they had proof of posting,What a croc,.I know the post is bad but......Havent had any other problems with delivery.
