I got worn out just thinking about exercising. At least my arms get exercise..... moving towards my mouth *hands attached of course*   and away again while tucking into some cream buns ..........um, none left now though, sorry about that. My norty arms and hands.. Smack.  Enjoy your cuppa I just made for you. (____)0

Oo, maybe the whistling you heard was the kettle......yep, that is for sure what it must have been. 

I did an online hearing test as I thought something was amiss, then results showed help needed, and a thingy to press for making an appointment. Seems referrals usually initially by going to a doctor, but I didn't know that.

Anyway the hearing screener man, he had muskels... PHEW told me to just phone my doctor when I got home, arrange for me to have a phone chat, then sure allowed for me to have the aids on NHS. That call is set for 4 weeks, then another appointment at the hearing place to do all then about the aids for me. I asked for pink, but no choice in colour.. Sulk. )
