Some chapter titles drop onto 2 lines, for example, with pencilled instruction to centralise and fit on one line; some capitalisations & italics are marked with "ignore"; wrongly placed dedication to Joe Hill King "to be given in vol 1 only on title sheet"
Could such an edition be considered 'unique'?
