I think Henry should organise this focus group regardless of our less-than-super buying record. Then we board members have an excuse to meet up!!

Serious thought: maybe it is us longer term smaller buyers who need studying as we will probably hang around all the time. Exceptionally heavy buyers might be working through a bad patch in their lives and stop shopping when they get things sorted. (ok generalisation there, I know, so hope noone takes offence, but I certainly shopped more when feeling low - which was before discovering eBay!)
