...well I survived! Don't know what it all means but I do have a heart under all the flab.
So in an effort to ensure that Jim loses weight, and I do too, I accept the offer of a challenge to see who can shed the most stones, pounds, ounces, kilos, the inches and centimetres in 12 weeks!!!
