Looking For Food by Holly Daze & Mustapha Beer

Well remembered Jim, out from Brixham for drive and visited Salcombe to see if I could remember the town, couldn't of course, but visited the lifeboat house etc and decided to venture forth for ale and pie. Saw the signs for Hope Cove and went there via a single hair raising one track road. Just cos we missed the main road in! Delightful place, several cottages - New Cottage - were up for hols. Looked very peaceful and rather sandy, one shop by the bus stop and the pubs. Had a natter with a local who said that winter was something else there!! Devon is lovely and so easy to get round. Blackpool sands is beautiful and lots of WWII interest there. Beware of the gulls - boy do they poop!
