The Importance Of Staying Awake In The Afternoons: Part 1 by Mustapha Kipp
Eat the book Jimbo! Those dishes are for Master Chefs only that have read the wise words of the 2 who shall be listened to. I'm still a couple of stone heavier than you my internet buddy by tipping the scales at 140kg......maybe if I put my other foot on it would make a difference? Must admit that since having gone on the Type II Desmond course to learn about food it now takes 3 times as long in Tesco's to shop. They have even offered me a security job as I walk around tut tutting! My thoughts are to loose weight as we both have done before. Can't pluck up enough courage to do Slimming World at the moment............my cooking has to sustain two hefty sons who burn calories like mad doing their jobs. The cat looks after herself, hasn't quite managed the tin opener yet or ring pull but she weighs in at 5.5kg. Lightly grilled in a white wine sauce methinks............
Hope your managing retirement or is the early mornings back on the mower still calling you? I'm now in my 2nd year of being the Men's Bowls captain and must admit I look forward to the coming season starting in late April, bring it on! Love the exercise and being out doors. Currently playing indoors just for the social side and to keep up with whose got a new hip, ankle or knee! Life is for getting older by the day and not noticing it. Anyway will be able to keep the convo going I hope. Stay sane and upright folks, Lots of luck all, Richard.
