Fair enough Rose - here's my advice:  1.  Stop worrying about things beyond your control, such as the stupidity of other people you have the misfortune to work with, 2.  Find something that'll put you in a good mood, no matter what (for me it's a fast car and a quick lap of the M25 but it differs from person to person, so work out what works for you), and 3.  If nothing else works go out for a run!  It may feel like hard work at the time but it has a lot of advantages, in that it improves your overall health and helps you to sleep better, thus enhancing your resistance to things that would otherwise drag you down.  Being physically resilient alone isn't enough - you have to be psychologically reslient as well in order to repeatedly bounce back from life's problems!  Smiley Very Happy
