Yep, I am keeping as well as can be, exercising each day.............well, exercising my mouf, that's an exercise isn't it?.:^O

It's been cold over my side of the hill today, and I had to go out and say 'Ahhhhhh' to the dentist man, he said that sounded good, and then he said I could go.:^O

I got a sticker.............yep, a pink one.:^O 

And, AND I got a sweet.............well, he doesn't know I went to the shops afterwards.:^O
