just lay flat on the floor jeffery hee! only jokeing. get a corset and put it around your back and pull it tight, thats what my dad has done for his back and seems to help him. been to the flicks with the kidds to see up. a cartoon. hee! i enjoyed it. got home done tea for all of us then my daughter came to collect them. been watching the most haunted getting hooked on it hah.
