It is always best if you can talk to someone about your sadness/worries who really does know you, as the ice has been broken so to speak and you don't have to start at the beginning, always remember to give all that you feel as then a picture can be formed by the person who is helping you and the help and treatment can be started much sooner, as if you hold things back then those won't be considered and you may go home with regret that you did not say it all!...It does help too if you write down anything that has happened inbetween visits then you don't forget anything, as even the smallest of details could trigger your sadness off and it might be small to you but that bit of imformation could be the key so to speak!..
