Yes I hope you can sit out tomorrow and hopefully it will be warmer too!..I am in Lanacashire and like I say it was really lovely today, although when the times the sun did go in, it went so cold really quick!...
The weekend I can rest and hopefully will be able to get out somewhere even if its just to he shops!...
...I don't need to see the physio until next friday now and he mentioned that he wanted me to go to a centre that has a hydro pool, seems he feels it will help me along with all he does, so I have phoned them and they are going to send me the times / days etc!..
Seems the hydro pool is 92F, so that is nice and warm!..
