Before going to bed drink lots of water eat something even if its a fast food take a cool shower and take two paracetamol or ibruphine before falling asleep

Better yet if you have to go out and drink then before you go eat a very hearty meal like pizza as it will help absorb the drink, then stick to one type of drink dont mix it up , drink water as well and move around get up and dance even if you dont dance do it to help sweat it out and also go to the bathroom when you feel the need ... then of course on your way home (by cab or walking or designated driver) get something to eat and drink lots of water ...

It helps 🙂 well thats what I did when I used to go out clubbing when I was younger lol and before I got married lol
