I placed an order last week and accidentally ordered two of the same items. I realised soon as i received the confirmation. The seller rejected the cancellation. One item arrived but the one I tried cancelling did not and shows as dispatched (untracked). I requested a return and then closed it as I thought it would not be accepted as the status is showing as dispatched. Now i can not request a refund and no reponse from the seller. Please can you advise. Thanks
