Is it possible you bought it whilst not signed in? If that were the case, you would have bought it as a guest and it wouldn't be connected to your account, but the payment still would be taken. Did you receive an order confirmation email? Does your account name appear anywhere on there?

I would definitely contact them on the account you believe you used to buy the item. It's the only way they can access it to see if something has gone wrong.
