Porrige with banana & honey is lovely. If my salmon is still a bit frozen & just wrap it in foil with a slice of lemon on top & bake it for about 10 minutes.:) It's lovely & moist done like that. I hate it overcooked. I like trout grilled with almonds on. Not had that for years.
