OP, if you can get stuff out of your freezer in the morning and have it defrosted the same day, your house is warmer than mine!

I'll be having creamed tarragon chicken - defrosted over 24 hours.  Captain Scott may help me with cooking it; I'm sure he's in the kitchen somewhere.
