Having accepted and come to terms with the reality that I am not going to live to a ripe old age, if I enjoy it, I do it and I don't feel in the slightest but guilty.
If I want to watch TV until 4am and then sleep until mid-afternoon, I do it.
I eat what I fancy, and to heck with if it is good for me. If I fancy junk food then junk food it is.
