Not quite - I think you will find that it is back to legal square one. We are back on legal court cases, and that will almost certainly take years.

Downing Street today refused to deny reports that David Cameron is considering a temporary withdrawal from the human rights convention in order to finally remove Qatada from Britain.

Oh!!! (yes or no please?) They have secrets from us? That's not unusual - as Tom would say.

That temporary withdrawal would do it, but Cameron wont do it IMO.
