Hi Mitzi and aernethril

Thank you so much for all your advice, I wouldn't have a clue about this without you both, and tommy and barbara.  I have tried looking for a no win no fee solicitor and have sent a couple of emails but no replies yet.  And if a solicitor would take it off the sale of the house that would be great. Can I ask my solicitor if she still has funding left over or should I just ask to move to another one please? And Aernethril who doI ask fora partial fee remission is that the solicitor I have now or if I have to instruct another one?
