In the earliest moments after the Big Bang, "stuff" is supposed to have "expanded" at many times the speed of light but before that, there is supposed to have been the Big Crunch.

Before long we'll have theories about how fast "stuff" came together in the last moments before the Big Bang. Some theories already exits propounding that some Black Holes existed prior to the Big Bang so did they come together forming "something" which, when it reached a microscopic size with unbelievable density caused the Big Bang which then "expanded" at many times the speed of light and at a temperature of trillions of ºK. a temperature at which nothing could bond to form mass?

OI, who just shouted "Quark-quark" ? I need a coffee.

It's life Jim, but not as WE know it.
