I agree to that statement to pixel..they indeed should pay their own..but as both these institutions take their share of tax money first..its same as us paying it anyway..so why take more? ,thats my angle .

On monarchy...they actually own all the land so theoretically they are allowed to do whatever they want,and people want state funerals for them ..whereas thatcher..who asked for this type of funeral ?
