It really gets my back up to think my daughters middle school was closed because of the so called cut backs.
The school sat quietly surrounded by fields down a country lane and it now sits there completely empty.
Not only did they close that school but they closed all middle schools on a mass scale covering a very large area indeed and crammed all the children into high schools.
so the three tier system has gone and two the tier is now in place, primary and high so the 11 year olds go from primary straight to high school at 11 years of age with the 16 and 17 year olds.
Why were the middle schools closed and boarded up and sold? so the gov have extra spending money to spend on this crap?
My attitude is every penny counts and every penny this gov takes should be put to good use especially the children of this country, dont take what they need and spend the saving on this nonsense.
I do not see the logic in this perfect example what so ever.
