Apparently an American won it. 

'A famous cheese-rolling event has been won by American Kenny Rackers. Kenny, taking part for the first time ever, says he only competed at the infamous Cooper's Hill event in Gloucester to cross it off his 'bucket list'. Hundreds of daredevils hurled themselves downhill for the bizarre race which has been held since the 1800s. There is no official medical cover and those taking part are told it's up to the individual whether they want to chase the wheel of cheese'.
