My problem with this is ...   The man is dead... he cannot offer any defense...( Not that I am saying there is any defense for his behaviour if it is true)   So... Let us accept that what everyone is saying is true and that he was an abuser...   Do not bother investigating the 120 + lines of enquiry across 6 forces... At the end of the day we will all form our own opinions anyway...   Then donate the £20,000,000 saved in police time to Childline.. And instead of the police investigating a man who is dead and buried... start investigating someone who is alive that can then be prosecuted for his /her crimes...
