hi #6, I would never wish harm on any royal or member of the public so my question was a general open question to would it have been treason if they had attacked a royal. for me murder is murder no matter who is attacked, that's why I cannot understand a reason to place murder into levels of treason, petty treason or 1st degree murder, and likewise making police murderers above that of a member of the  public murder.....................I do hope this is understandable.
