The item is over the 30 days but with in 1 year
He is a company selling on eBay so under consumer law he is liable for the warranty
The issue is the item was listed as new on the eBay and now he’s saying it was a customer return and not his problem
I’m trying to get in touch with Ebay, so they are aware of this company on their site
