For the benefit of anyone not understanding or accepting the way the word thread had run quite happily for many years, what's been adopted is that after someone has posted a word, the next poster posts a word which can either preceed or can follow the word in a sentence. For instance, if the word posted was "Cake", an acceptable word from the next poster could be, for instance "Wedding" or "Knife". Therefore in a sentence that makes sense, that could mean it could be "Petal fancied another slice of wedding cake" or "Tressy waved the cake knife around in a threatening manner".
