Royal Mail is private now.  I didn't know that. They're are doing much better job than UPS, Fedex, DHL ... and other international shipping services. 

I am a simple man, 'man in authority' means the person who decides how much charge goes on a package. Mostly mechanized now but itemization is still done by human!
