BUT what if we went back to January 2019 and someone had suggested that a mysterious virus would bring the world to a complete standstill and make it stutter for 12 months, killing millions throughout the world and bringing health services to their knees. - Would that have been described as the ramblings of some nutter who'd been reading too many sci fi books?
