I don't know why people are complaining about changing quarantine restrictions on returning from Spain. It was always a possibility that rules would change if there was an increase in cases. All Brits taking a non-essential holiday would have been aware of this but we're prepared to risk it.

How does the UK ensure that returning holidaymakers.stick to the quarantine? Is it just down to trust? Good luck with that.

Excuse my cynicism but living in s tourist seaside town has been a real eye opener this year to how badly and selfishly so many people behave - social distancing, inconsiderate and stupid parking, littering and general dumb behaviour.
People can't even follow arrows on the floor around shops 🙄
