Actually, it is much cheaper than that ... once you have been with them for more than a yr.  You just ring them up. You: I want to renegotiate my BB deal. Them: OK.  Do you want to pay less or have a bigger download allowance? You: Both. Them: OK. Simples! :^O

I might do that, caution, I love a good negotiate. I tried it once and ended up paying £20 instead of £15 ~ a good deal I reckon...:-)
