- Advice please.
- Sent a parcel which arrived with recipient with items inside damaged.
- Haven't didcussed refund or return yet with recipient.
- Should I refund or tell them to claim compensation themselves?
- If parcel returned can I then claim compensation from post office?

In my experience it's the seller who makes the claim with the Post Office. And it depends on what level of insurance (if any) is paid for by the seller when the item is despatched. The buyer should keep all packaging, as the Post Office will want to assess if the item was adequately packed. Good luck with your claim.
