Yes it's nice that this whole process with the house is a lot less stressful than I had thought. I was absolutely dreading it.

I feel I still have some control left about my "own" house and it has taken away a lot of anxiety.

I'm very happy with how this housing association is dealing with it. They take our taste and feelings serious, which feels a bit like a plaster on all our wounds. 🙂

They discuss everything with us and are happy to leave us to do some jobs, which we prefer to do ourselves. (like some stuff in the garden and also any patching of plaster that needs doing after they have finished the work). We're saving them money and time with that of course as well.

They can see we're not cowboys (:-p) and have always looked after the property.
