Has the doctor not explained anything about it, did he not ask you a lot of questions?

Have you been ill recently? Had any operations, any lymph nodes removed? Changed any medication? When did you notice it? Was your leg painful in the recent past?

If the anti biotics give you no joy I would ask to see a specialist.
